At the age of 42, I have come to a point where I realize the need for change. I'm a mom to teenagers and dogs, a wife, I work, we run a drift business and pretty much live in chaos. While I wouldn't have it any other way, I do feel the need to be a better me. I am a work in progress and I hope sharing my journey will help others in the process.
* Lifestyle changes to include meditation and yoga.
* Travel and explore as much as possible.
* Tend to my garden to grow fruits and vegetables and maybe some pretty flowers and plants.
* Run a successful drift business which I must admit is a real challenge in this particular industry.
I like to say all the time that I am Basic but in realty I'm probably anything but. Follow me on my journey and you be the judge.
